Bio: I started racing IM 70.3 in the summer of 2015 and it has become my favorite distance for triathlon. I had the honor of racing at Worlds 70.3 in 2016 in Mooloolaba. What an amazing experience! In 2017, I was able to race Worlds 70.3 again, this time in Chattanooga. I also raced my first full IM in Coeur D'Alene this year, placing 2nd in my age group and qualifying for Kona. Unfortunately, I did not get to race in Kona and my goal for 2018 is to requalify. I ended my 2017 racing season with a herniated disc that eventually required surgery. I have not been able to run or swim since Chattanooga, but I am on the mend and looking forward to a great race season in 2018 with IRLAG!
