Bio: Hi everyone! I am a mother of three teenage sons and wife to my husband Greg. We are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year. My professional background is in education. I now use my experience in the field as a triathlon, cycling and run specific coach for athletes of all ages. I started my own business a few years ago and absolutely love the flexibility it has given me to do something I love while still being available for my family. especially during this past year when so much has gone remote due to COVID. All my races for 2020 have been deferred to 2021, so I have IM St George 70.3, IM Coeur d'Alene, IM Washington 70.3 and Ironman Arizona on the books to which to look forward. Looking forward to getting to know all of you and cheering you on this season!
