Several years back, one of my best friends and I met up over dinner. He proposed to me an idea, as he had just gotten into running, but felt like he needed a goal to push toward and keep himself going. At the time, I was already a regular runner, as I had been since about high school when I joined the Cross Country team. Running was part of my lifestyle, and I had completed many races of various distances.

I am sweaty, have always been. I sweat a LOT for a small woman, I have been told I sweat like a man (I also eat like one, related?). I sweat working out, I sweat working at my desk, I sweat sleeping (since I was a child, this runs in my family), I sweat eating.
